* Is milk a complete food? What does Quran, Hadith and medicine and science say about it *
* Milk *
We all start our life journey with milk. Milk is a complete food for newborns. Nature has accumulated in mother's milk all the basic nutrients that are necessary for the growth of the baby. Cow's and buffalo's milk is slightly different from mother's milk and provides the best nutrition from infancy to childhood to old age.
* Importance of milk *
After a long observation, the importance and value of milk has been recognized all over the world.
Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
And We give you pure milk to drink from between the dung and the blood of the cattle.
(Surat an-Nahl, 66)
Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: When an animal eats grass, when it accumulates in its stomach, its stomach cooks it. There is milk on top and blood on top of it. Then nature has given this task to the liver. It is separated and delivered to the teats of the animal and now only waste is left in the stomach which comes out in the form of dung.
* Milk is not only a drink *
"Milk is not only a Juice, but it is also full of body power and nutrients," he said.
So the Prophet (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) said:
There is no drink that will suffice for food (even enough for food) except milk.
(Sunan Abi Dawood)
That is why the development of children is based on pure milk. It is also the best food for the sick. A person can live by drinking milk in the same way as he lives by eating food.
* Medical benefits of milk *
* Milk produces good blood.
* Refreshes dry body.
* Suitable for chest and lungs.
* Drinking it with sugar brightens the complexion.
* Great food for cataract patients.
Fresh milk compensates for the loss of sexual intercourse.
* It is very beneficial for the diseases of obsession, grief and sorrow.
* If honey is mixed in it, it prevents internal wounds from getting bad ingredients.
