Hazrat Idris (peace be upon him)
Hazrat Idris (PBUH) is also called "Enoch". His genealogy is as follows:
In the Holy Qur'an, you are mentioned in paragraph 17 of Surah Anbiya and paragraph 16 of Surah Maryam. Allah Almighty says:
And remember the mention of Idris in the Book. Surely he was a true prophet, and Allah exalted him to a lofty position, that is, bestowed on him both external and internal perfections.
Hazrat Idris (peace be upon him)
`Hazrat Idris (PBUH) was very beautiful, his color was wheatish, he was tall, his eyes were blue. They liked silence, they were serious, they kept their eyes down, they were accustomed to thinking. Repeatedly pointing with the index finger.
"Prophecy and the call to religion"
When Allah Almighty gave you prophethood. When he received the prophecy, he began to preach to the lost people of Babylon.
"Migration from Babylon"
فرمایا He intended to emigrate from Babylon. His followers lived in Babylon. The Tigris and Euphrates rivers flowed along with Babylon. Because of them, this whole area was green and lush. And your believers did not want to leave here. Said:
Do not be afraid. Take pains in the way of Allah. Allah's mercy is very wide. He will surely repay you for it. Be patient, bow down to the command of Allah Almighty.
Upon hearing your advice, they agreed to go together. So you went with them to Egypt. When the Muslims saw the freshness of the Nile River, they were very happy. It is as green and lush as Babylon. Choose the best place on the banks of the Nile River and stay there.
Thus these gentlemen stayed there and Hazrat Idris (as) started preaching the religion here also.
Hazrat Idris (as) knew all kinds of languages. And the people there also knew different languages. He taught religion as well as etiquette of civic life. He gathered people from all over and taught them the religion. When these people returned to their areas, they settled cities and settlements. Thus, the religion of Allah spread all around.
'Your education was'
Believing in Allah. Only worshiping Him. Doing good deeds to avoid the torment of the Hereafter. Do not go home in this worldly life. Worship Allah Almighty. Living with purity. Avoiding dogs and pigs. This was to avoid all drugs.
This is a summary of the teachings of Hazrat Idris (as).
Hazrat Idris (as) warned the servants of Allah about the coming flood in the time of Hazrat Noah (as) and said:
"A heavenly calamity is coming."
He was 42 years old. He was the great-grandfather of Prophet Noah (peace be upon him). 30 scriptures came down on you. Many industries were invented by your hands.

You passed away a thousand years before Prophet Noah (peace be upon him)
"Your inventions"
He invented writing with pen and sewing clothes. Before you, people used animal skins as clothing. You also invented the first method of weighing. He also invented the first weapon and used it to wage jihad against Banu Qabeel.
